Welcome to Your Wellness Program.

As your health coach, wellness guide, and supportive mentor I will work with you to create a program that is designed just for you. As a team, we’ll work to achieve your goals in areas such as reaching your optimal weight, the right foods for you, and improving your sleep and energy. Working with me, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the foods and lifestyle choices that work best for you and you will implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.

During the course of your program you will:

  • Set and accomplish goals
  • Explore the foods that work best for you
  • Increase energy
  • Feel better in your mind and body

Your Program Includes:

  • A professional Nutritional Wellness Coach
  • Two 45 minute sessions per month for 6 months
  • E-mail support between sessions
  • Handouts and other materials


  • Sessions in person, by phone or skype
  • Ask about group sessions and individual sessions
